A binding contract between “Chiara Collections” and the customer is realized through the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Purchase: In order to purchase the products listed on the website www.chiaracollections.com, the Customer will follow the instructions listed in this page. The products visualized on the web site (including colours, sizes, etc..) could be slightly different to the original in colour, dimensions, accessories that are represented on the image. All information supporting the purchase has to be considered as simple informative material. Due to the nature of Chiara Collections products, the real availability and delivery time of all listed items can be different from the one stated in the website and will be confirmed within few days after the order has been placed successfully or payment received.
All e-mails from Chiara Collections will be sent to the address given by the customer, who will check the correctness of the data inserted.

Chiara Collections will issue the invoice and relative transport document attaching it to the shipped parcel.

Payment When purchasing the customer can choose among the three following ways of payment: Paypal (Credit/Debit Card), Anticipated bank transfer and Postal Order. The Customer is also allowed to require an alternative payment method.

1) Paypal - Credit or Debit card. If the Customer owns a Paypal account or a credit/debit card, he can choose to pay by Paypal. Chiara Collections is Paypal verified so the Customer can purchase with confidence.
PayPal's Secure Payment Pages are secured using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
In the case of order cancellations from both parties, Chiara Collections will request to credit again the total amount to the customer’s account. Once the cancellation of the transaction has been made, Chiara Collections could not be considered responsible for any damage caused by eventual banking system delay.

2) Anticipated Bank/Money Transfer to: Mrs. Elisa Perna, Sort Code: 161519, Account Number: 10266878, IBAN: GB35 RBOS 1615 1910 2668 78, BIC: RBOS GB 2L, Reference: Order Number, with bank charges at customer charge. In case of Anticipated Electronic Bank Transfer the customer will send to Chiara Collections a copy of the payment by e-mail within two working days from the order acceptance. In case of traditional bank transfer, the customer will send by e-mail all relevant information about payment within two working days from the order acceptance. The description of payment shall quote the order number, date, CRO code, customer first name and surname. Lapsed that period the order will be automatically cancelled.

The customer will send by e-mail all relevant information about payment within two working days from the order acceptance. The description of payment shall quote the order number, date, postal order code, customer first name and surname. Lapsed that period the order will be automatically cancelled.

Delivery In case of order acceptance, Chiara Collections will deliver the ordered goods to the address indicated by the customer in the section: Delivery Address. The time of delivery depends on the chosen item and varies in consideration of the place of destination. Chiara Collections declines any responsibility for delivery delay caused by the shipping agent. The time of delivery coincides with the first attempt of delivery to the address, even in case of refusal or receiver’s absence. Should the goods not be collected within five working days because of receiver’s absence or refusal, Chiara Collections declines any responsibility and if returned to Chiara Collections the customer will be liable of any redelivery costs. Once the goods has been delivered by the transporter, the Customer is required to check if the number of the parcels corresponds to the one indicated in the transport document and the package not damaged, wet or deteriorated.

Delivery rates are quoted in the description of the item. In the case of multiple purchases the final delivery charge will be calculated at the checkout. On delivery date the item will normally be dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded First Class Post (UK) or AIRMAIL International Signed For (recorded).

Please Note: Your order will only be dispatched once payment has cleared. We will email you to confirm your order, and delivery method, prior to dispatch.

Return Policy. The customer has the right to rescind the contract of purchase, for any reasons, within 10 working days from the receipt of the goods, in accordance with the following conditions.

The customer shall return the goods to Chiara Collections, by express Courier, within 10 working days from the receipt of the goods. The consumer who rescinds the contract shall only pay the delivery’s charges for the return of the goods to the sender. The purchased goods shall be returned in the original packaging, included documentation and eventual accessories. The packaging shall not be neither damaged or with writing. We suggest to introduce the original parcel into a second box and to ensure it for the delivery, because eventual damages or theft are at customer’s charge. The right to rescind will not be accepted in case the goods or the packaging are damaged or detective. In such event the goods will be returned to the sender with the debit of delivery’s charge. If the right of withdrawal is in accordance with the present general conditions, Chiara Collections will refund for free the amount already paid by the consumer within 30 days from the date of the withdrawal, using Paypal or a Bank Transfer if the customer provides the bank account.
